Acupuncture + TCM
Acupuncture is the practice of stimulating specific points on the body that have relationships to anatomical and organ system balance. TCM also includes Acupressure, Myofascial Cupping Therapy & Moxibustion.
Tui-na Medical Massage + TCM Manual Therapies
This therapeutic medical massage technique combines constant targeted deep tissue pressure with rhythmic movements to address muscle tension, joint discomfort, and soft tissue related pain. Perfect for those looking to manage acute or chronic pain.
Balance your body’s energy and improve your health with acupuncture, a time-honored TCM practice. Ideal for pain relief, stress management, and treating a wide range of health concerns. We focus on neurological disorders with Cai's 13 needle technique. This will include consultation and diagnosis for first time visits.
Five-Element Acupuncture
A systems approach: diagnostics of colour, sound, odour and emotion, detailed pulse diagnosis of imbalance and the use of moxibustion and acupuncture.
Integrative Oncology Acupuncture
Erin works with cancer patients throughout the treatment process and into survivorship. Typically, upon diagnosis, we begin helping you prepare your body for cancer treatment—whether it’s surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy. We use acupuncture to minimize the side effects of cancer treatments and to maintain homeostasis, or metabolic balance, within the body. No herbs or supplements are used during systemic cancer treatments due to the potential for interactions with medications.
Traditional Chinese Herbal Medicine
Chinese Herbal Medicine is the use of Chinese herbs in a formula to treat the individual condition. Generally the formulas are in powder form and are dissolved in boiling water to drink. Herbal Medicine is most effective for internal related issues, such as digestive or menstrual.

Cosmetic Neuromodulators (Botox)
Cosmetic neuromodulators, such as Botox® and Dysport®, are injectable treatments used to reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines by temporarily relaxing facial muscles. By targeting specific muscle groups, these treatments can smooth wrinkles, soften facial expressions, and rejuvenate the overall appearance. This approach focuses on enhancing your natural beauty and achieving subtle, yet noticeable, results that complement your unique features and aesthetic goals.
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) - Massage Therapy
**It is important to note that MLD is very different to traditional massage, we only target the system that is just below the surface of the skin. If you are looking for swedish style massage or prefer deeper pressure, please do not book an MLD appointment.**
Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) is a specific massage technique which uses gentle, precise strokes to stimulate lymphatic flow to promote the release of fluid which builds up in the body called edema. Edema is swelling that occurs when interstitial fluids build up in various compartments in the body. Edema may result from reduced blood circulation, lack of exercise, sports related injuries, post-surgical recovery and lymph node removal post cancer surgery. MLD helps both acute and chronic conditions.
The aim of MLD is to increase the lymphatic system’s ability to remove excess swelling and debris from body tissues allowing proper nutrient exchange, enhanced blood circulation and the removal of toxins. MLD promotes the healing of fractures, sprains/strains, reduces pain and swelling and encourages recovery from wounds, burns and post-surgical procedures. It is highly beneficial for those with lymphedema, post-surgical recovery- including after mastectomy.
Therapists offering this style of treatment are trained and certified by the Vodder School (Level III Certification).
